Hoarus is a full-stack UAV manufacturer. Airframes, flight control, payloads and ground software are designed and built in-house, with no third-party kits or re-selling. Eight platforms, from a 690 g recon quad to a 2.5-hour VTOL and a bathymetric survey vessel.
Seven airframes, one control stack
Four X-frame multi-rotors from 10 to 15 inch props, two VTOLs and a 260 kmph fixed wing. Every one carries the same autopilot, 20 km image link, thermal imaging and terrain-following LiDAR, so a team trained on one flies them all.

The USV Marine ROV pairs an autonomous surface vessel with a tethered ROV rated to 200 m. CHIRP sonar and full 3D bathymetric mapping from a platform built and trialled on the Goa coast.

Ground segment
Every Hoarus aircraft and vessel is operated from the same portable ground control station, and the range extends to unmanned ground vehicles for cargo and sensor carriage.
Ground control station, compact and field
Dual sunlight-readable displays in a sealed hard case: map, telemetry and flight status on one, live EO or thermal video on the other. Full keyboard and trackpad, twin joysticks, hardware switches for flight modes, payload release and link selection. The field version adds a wheeled case, larger displays, external power and a spare battery bay.
Tracked UGV chassis
Rubber-tracked steel platform with twin geared drive motors, multi-roller bogie suspension and a rear payload rack, for sand, mud, rubble and slopes. Supplied bare for integrators or fitted by Hoarus with sensor masts, manipulators or cargo bins, and driven from the same ground station as the aircraft.
Wheeled cargo and rack UGVs
Two four-wheel electric carriers. The cargo platform has a flat rail-guarded deck over a sealed drive and battery box for moving equipment across a site. The rack UGV swaps the deck for a tubular payload frame that takes sprayers, sampling kits, delivery bins or radio relays. Both run under remote control or autopilot waypoints.
One operator, air and ground
Because every Hoarus platform shares the autopilot, link and ground software, a single station can run a UAV overhead and a vehicle below, hand off between aircraft mid-mission, and use the tracked UGV as a relay node to extend the 20 km link behind terrain.
Full-stack, by choice
Every airframe, controller and payload system is engineered in-house. That gives supply-chain independence, full customisability, and platforms designed backward from the mission: range, payload, terrain, then the aircraft.
